I came to acupuncture not just through curiosity, but through experience. Years ago, I was looking for relief from a mix of stubborn symptoms—tinnitus, TMJ pain, and the kind of underlying stress that wears on both the body and mind. Conventional approaches gave me little lasting change, but acupuncture offered something different. The improvement I felt was tangible, and the shift in my overall wellbeing was unexpected and deeply motivating. That was the beginning of a new chapter—not only in my health, but in my career.

I went on to train in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) acupuncture under Darren Rose, whose mentorship helped shape my commitment to whole-person care. I believe in acupuncture as both an ancient medicine and a modern-day necessity. My aim is to provide treatments that are not only effective, but thoughtful, collaborative, and tailored to each person’s lifestyle.

Nutrition plays a key role in my approach—especially from a Chinese medicine perspective. I often support patients with simple, practical guidance rooted in Chinese dietary therapy, particularly where digestion and emotional wellbeing intersect. Many people are surprised to discover how much their mental and physical symptoms are linked, and how often stress shows up in the body in quiet but disruptive ways.

I work with a wide range of conditions and always treat the person as a whole, not just the symptom. My particular areas of focus include:

  • Digestive and gut problems

  • Sports injury recovery

  • Pain management

  • Emotional health

Acupuncture has shown me the value of slowing down and tuning in—something I try to pass on in every treatment. My goal is to help people reconnect with their health, build resilience, and feel more at ease in their bodies and lives.
